My Sweetchilliphilly wins again in 1:55.3!

My Sweetchilliphilly (Betterthancheddar) won the final and fastest heat of the Gold Tiara last night at Bathurst.

The Shane Tritton trained and Chris Geary driven filly was wide early and narrowly avoided interference within the first two hundred metres.

After finding the front at the bell, My Sweetchilliphilly powered home in 27.8 and 28.9 to win by 22.3 metres with plenty in store.

The time was a brilliant 1:55.3 - identical to the track which the daughter of Betterthancheddar set at her first start.

This explosive filly will now start favourite in the Group One Bathurst Gold Tiara on the 25th of March.

Bred by Melissa Tapp, My Sweetchilliphilly is the eighth foal and fifth winner from the In The Pocket mare Tact Philly.
