A richly talented filly, My Mackenzie had won seven of her past thirteen starts and was sent out favourite.

Driven straight to the front by Luke McCarthy, the daughter of Rock N Roll Heaven was never headed from there on out.

A final quarter of 26.9 left her rivals in her wake as she went on to score by 4.2 metres in 1:54.3.

My Mackenzie has now won eight times and has earnings of $89,061.

Bred by Sloys Company Pty Ltd, My Mackenzie is out of the star racemare Kept For Pleasure and was purchased by Jean and Bill Feiss for $80,000 at the Sydney APG yearling sale.
